Anchovy Rice Recipe Ingredients
1.5 kilos of anchovies
2 cups of rice
2 tablespoons of butter
Half a teaspoon of oil
2 onions
2 tablespoons of currants (Optional)
2 tablespoons of pine nuts
1 tablespoon of dried mint
2 teaspoons of black pepper
2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
A bowl of cornmeal

How to Make Anchovy Rice Recipe?
Lubricate the pan well with butter and oil.
Salt the anchovies, dip them in cornmeal and place them in the pan.
Soak the rice in water beforehand and drain the water thoroughly.
Fry the onions with butter and oil. Then add the pine nuts and fry for a few more minutes.
Add the rice and fry some more and add enough hot water to cover it.
Boil a pot and cook on low heat until the rice absorbs its water.
Add the ingredients and mix well. Let it brew for 15 minutes.
Spread the rice on the pan we covered with anchovy.
Cover it with anchovy again and fry on both sides by turning it.
