2 medium sized onions

How to Make Baked Bonito Recipe?
Clean the insides of the bonito fish thoroughly and wash them carefully in plenty of water.
Mix the fish in a bowl with salt, black pepper, chili peppers, thyme, lemon juice and olive oil so that it does not get crushed, and keep it aside until you prepare the other ingredients.
Meanwhile, chop the onion and tomatoes into rings and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Arrange the briefly marinated fish on the onions and tomatoes. Place green peppers between them.
Add the last remaining sauce, bay leaves and a tea glass of water and place it in the oven preheated to 200 degrees.
