Delicious and aromatic baked bonito recipe with orange. How to make it?

Materials:

  • 3 cleaned bonito

  • 2 large onions

  • 2 potatoes

  • Freshly squeezed juice of 1 lemon

  • Juice of 2 ripe oranges

  • Zest of half an orange

  • Some olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar

  • 3 cloves of crushed garlic

  • 1 finely chopped sprig of rosemary

  • A few bay leaves

  • Freshly ground black pepper and salt

How to make Baked Bonito with Orange Recipe:

  1. Clean and wash the acorns well.

  2. Cut the onion and potatoes into thin round slices.

  3. Rub the fish thoroughly with salt and pepper on the inside and outside.

  4. Prepare a marinade with lemon juice, orange juice, orange zest, olive oil, vinegar, grated garlic and finely chopped rosemary. Add bay leaves as well.

  5. Let the bonitos sit in the marinade you prepared for about 20 minutes so that the flavors can be thoroughly absorbed.

  6. Spread potato and onion slices on a baking tray.

  7. Place the marinated bonito on top of the vegetables.

  8. Pour the remaining marinade over them and spread them well.

  9. Bake the fish and vegetables in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 45 minutes.

  10. Check until golden brown and vegetables are tender.

Serving Suggestion: Serve this delicious and aromatic bonito dish with orange sauce hot. You can serve it with a green salad and perhaps a slice of lemon. Bon appetit!
