  • 1 teaspoon of salt

How to Make Baked Anchovy Recipe?

  1. Mix corn flour and salt in a deep plate.

  2. After washing the fish, drain the water thoroughly.

  3. Coat the cleaned and drained anchovies in corn flour and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving no space between them.

  4. To make your fish crispier, apply oil with a brush.
