1 kilo bluefish
3-4 cloves of garlic
3 onions (you can increase or decrease according to your preference)

How to Make Bluefish Recipe in the Oven?
You can buy 1 kilo of bluefish from the fishmonger and have it cleaned, or you can clean it at home if you wish. Wash the fish and drain the water thoroughly.
While the fish is draining, chop the tomatoes, lemon, onion and potatoes into rings.
Place the potatoes on your baking tray with baking paper.
Rub the drained fish with olive oil, salt and pepper with a brush or your hand and place them in the baking dish.
Put a clove of garlic and bay leaf into the fish.
