  • 1 kilo of anchovy fish

  • 2 onions

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 1 lemon

  • 2 potatoes

  • 3-4 tablespoons of oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • 1 glass of water

How to Make Steamed Anchovy Recipe?

  1. Wash the cleaned anchovy fish thoroughly with plenty of water and drain.

  2. Put the anchovies in a deep bowl, add oil, salt and black pepper and mix well.

  3. Chop the potatoes, onion and lemon into rings.

  4. Place the onion and then the potatoes on the bottom of the tray.

  5. Arrange the fish you prepared on it.

  6. Then arrange the remaining onions, tomatoes and lemon slices on top and drizzle with oil.

  7. Add 1 glass of water last and place it in the preheated oven.

  8. Leave it in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, checking it occasionally.
