  • 2 pieces of sea bream,

  • 2 cloves of garlic,

  • Salt,

  • Half a tea glass of olive oil

  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary or 2 bay leaves,

How to Make Fried Sea Bream?

  1. Wash the cleaned sea bream well and let it drain.

  2. Make 2-3 deep scratches on the sides.

  3. Grate the garlic, add olive oil and salt and coat the fish in the sauce.

  4. Apply sauce between the fish with a brush and put bay leaves or rosemary.

  5. Keep it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

  6. Fry the sea bream well in its own oil and water, without adding oil to the pan.
