Salmon fish meatballs are different because fish is used instead of red meat. Salmon protects heart and skin health with the omega-3 fatty acids it contains and reduces the risk of heart attack by balancing blood pressure. Salmon Patty Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (skin and bones removed)

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 small onion

  • 3 spring onions

  • 3 tablespoons bread crumbs, corn flour or crumbled breadcrumbs

  • A few sprigs of parsley (finely chopped)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • Half a teaspoon of black pepper

  • Oil


How to Make Salmon Fish Patties Recipe?

  1. Cut the salmon meat into small pieces and grind them. If you don't have or don't want to use a robot. Cut it into very small pieces with the help of a sharp knife.

  2. Knead the minced salmon well with chopped onion, spring onion, egg, bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper in a deep bowl.

  3. Cover it with stretch film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 45 minutes.

  4. Take pieces from the rested mortar with the help of a spoon, make meatballs in the shape and size you want and roll them in breadcrumbs.

  5. If you are going to bake it in the oven, bake it on a baking paper-lined tray in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

  6. If you are going to fry it in a pan, it is sufficient to cook it in a non-stick pan with a small amount of oil, turning it over and over, for 7-8 minutes.


What are the Tips of Salmon Meatballs?

  1. If the meatball consistency is too soft, you can increase the amount of flour.

  2. If you wet your palm before shaping, the minced meat will not stick to your hands.

  3. Let the salmon meatballs you have prepared rest for at least 10 minutes before cooking.

  4. You can cook the salmon meatball recipe in the oven, on the grill or in a non-stick pan.

  5. You can change the amount of ingredients as desired.

  6. Salmon is a fast-cooking fish, so be careful not to overcook and dry it.

  7. If you are going to cook salmon in the oven, you can also add olive oil.

  8. To prevent the rondo from smelling like fish, you can finely chop it on a cutting board, like armor meat. You won't have any trouble as the salmon meat is so tender that it falls apart when touched.
