Ingredients for Sea Bass in Paper
2 sea bass fillets
1 large onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 potato
4-5 cherry tomatoes
1 lemon, sliced
3-4 sprigs of fresh parsley
1 bay leaf
Salt

How to Make Sea Bass in Paper Recipe
Remove the fillets of the sea bass.
Prepare a large baking dish using baking paper or aluminum foil.
Place the sea bass fillets into the baking dish.
Slice the onion and place it on the sea bass fillets.
Cut the garlic into thin slices and sprinkle over the onion.
Slice the potatoes into rings and add them to the other ingredients.
Add cherry tomatoes, lemon slices and fresh parsley.
Add the bay leaf.
Drizzle olive oil over all ingredients and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover with baking paper or aluminum foil and close tightly.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40-50 minutes.
When the Sea Bass is taken out of the oven, serve it hot and enjoy it.
