Double Turle Knot Materials:

  • The object or equipment you want to attach to two different ropes.

How to Make a Double Turle Knot:

  1. In the first step, create a twist in the two ropes you want to tie. Cross the ends of each rope and wrap them around the other. This allows the threads to hold on to each other better.

  2. Now, create a double knot by wrapping both ropes twice. Tighten the knot firmly by pulling the first turn.

  3. Then, wrap both ropes twice again to create a second double knot. Tighten the knot by pulling the second turn.

  4. Now, tighten the knot completely by pulling both ends of the knot at the same time. Make sure the knot is tightened evenly on both sides.

  5. In the last step, complete the knot by cutting off the excess threads or wrapping them around the object or equipment you are tying.

Double Turle Knot provides a durable and reliable connection. It prevents the rope or rope from slipping and ensures that the tied object is held securely. Therefore, it is a preferred knot technique for making a secure connection in outdoor activities, mountaineering or fishing.

Remember that practice is important when learning any knot or connection technique. In this way, you can make the double lap tie more easily and quickly. We hope you use it in safe and enjoyable events!
